James Smith – Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Jim oversees the entire operations personnel of the Company, as well as the design, development, and successful completion of company projects. He is directly involved in all aspects of company functions. His involvement ensures that a high degree of quality and integrity is maintained from the inception to the completion of all construction projects. During his 23 years of working in the field of environmental remediation, Jim has established many strong relationships with partners and vendors. Managing those relationships and establishing new ones is one of his primary goals.
His responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer include designing and implementing business operations, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision, overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives, project managers, estimators and field personnel, designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures, setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and establishing and supporting policies that promote company culture and vision. As the leader of our team, Jim supports and leads employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication, evaluates the performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, writes and submits reports to the President and Vice President in all matters of importance, and participates in expansion activities such as investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.

Bryce Kelly – Estimator/Project Manager
Bryce’s career encompasses twenty (20) years of experience in commercial, industrial, higher education, public and private sectors that included all phases of general construction including demolition, asbestos abatement, re-insulation, lead and mold remediation, and renovation work. He has been employed as a union laborer, foreman, supervisor, and Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, Bryce has overseen projects ranging from 1-day to 2-years in numerous eastern states, which included managing the projects and submitting all required documents prior to and upon completion of these projects. Some of his job functions are to oversee the field personnel and/or subcontractors (Waste Haulers, Suppliers). He also obtains permits for asbestos, lead removal, road closures, railroad closures, and traffic control.

Thomas Javorsky – Project Manager
Tom’s career encompasses fifteen (15) years of experience in commercial, industrial, higher education, public and private sectors that included all phases of general construction including demolition, asbestos abatement, re-insulation, lead and mold remediation, and renovation work. He has been employed as a union laborer, foreman, supervisor, and Estimator.

Lisa Quiring – OSHA Safety and Licensing Compliance Officer
Lisa has been with ABMECH Acquisitions, LLC for two years. Previously she worked in the Operating Room at AGH for 13 years as the Data/Financial Analyst. Her extensive experience in analyzing and comparing statistical/financial data, using various computer programs and her organization skills add to a diverse team at ABMECH Acquisitions, LLC. Lisa is OSHA 30 Trained and Certified and has authored the ABMECH Acquisitions, LLC Safety Manual. She conducts job site inspections, updates and trains all employees of revised/new OSHA Construction Standards, and is the Administrator of several Safety Programs. She works closely with the Project Managers on projects and creating Site Specific Safety Programs. Lisa also serves as backup for payroll/financial duties.

Timothy Gray – Warehouse/Transportation Manager
Tim is ABMECH Acquisitions, LLC’s newest employee with over 30 years of experience in the industry. In his current position, he is responsible for managing the warehouse and delivering supplies and equipment to our job sites, in addition to maintaining our trucks and equipment.

Beverly Yakubisin – Accounting
Although Bev is one of the newest members of the Abmech team, she has over 17 years’ accounting experience in the private business sector. She is the Payroll Administrator and performs daily accounting tasks. Other responsibilities include: budgeting, preparing monthly journal entries, maintaining detailed account analyses, and reconciling bank accounts.
