Bryce began his career as a laborer and has steadily advanced through the ranks to his current role as Abmech’s General Manager. His experience plays a critical role in ensuring our projects are executed efficiently and successfully, both now and in the future.
In addition to his hands-on experience, Bryce has completed extensive training and maintains up-to-date certifications, including Asbestos Project Designer/Supervisor, Lead & Microbial Remediation, OSHA training, Hazard Communication (Hazcom), Confined Space, ICRA, Scaffold Builder certifications. Bryce brings a diverse background of field experience, having worked as an Operator, Laborer, and Supervisor.
With over 26 years at Abmech, Bryce is an invaluable asset to our team. In addition to his role as a Project Manager, Bryce also serves as a Commercial/Industrial Estimator, applying his extensive field knowledge and technical expertise to develop accurate, competitive project estimates. He has successfully overseen projects ranging from single-day assignments to multi-year projects across numerous eastern states. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of project execution and ensuring all required documentation is completed both before and after project completion.

Mike Waters began his career as a general laborer, working on a variety of asbestos abatement and demolition projects. For more than 20 years with Abmech, he has steadily advanced within the company, earning increased responsibility through his strong work ethic, technical skills, and dedication to excellence. He holds multiple certifications, including Mold, Lead, and Asbestos, as well as OSHA 30-hour and 10-hour training, Hazard Communication (Hazcom), Confined Space, and First Aid/CPR certifications. His qualifications are recognized in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Today, Mike serves in multiple key roles within the company, including Project Manager, Estimator, and Asbestos Inspector. In these capacities, he contributes to the successful planning, execution, and oversight of projects, ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality results. His broad experience and commitment make him an important member of the Abmech team.

Tim brings over 40 years of industry experience and is a valued member of Local 373. Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide variety of projects, developing extensive knowledge and a well-rounded skill set. Tim holds certifications in Asbestos, OSHA 30-hour and 10-hour training, and Hazard Communication (Hazcom).
In his current role, Tim is responsible for managing the warehouse, coordinating the delivery of supplies and equipment to job sites, and maintaining company vehicles and equipment. In addition to these responsibilities, he regularly supports field operations by providing hands-on assistance, as well as guidance and mentorship to team members on job sites. His experience, reliability, and willingness to support both field and operational needs makes him a valuable member to the Abmech team.
Beverly is a dedicated team member who plays a vital role in Abmech’s daily operations and financial management. Her responsibilities include budgeting, preparing monthly journal entries, maintaining detailed account analyses, performing bank reconciliations, and managing payroll functions. In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Beverly is a licensed Notary, providing essential support for company documentation, including bids, AIA documents, certified payroll, and release of liens. Her attention to detail and organizational skills contribute significantly to the efficiency and accuracy of these processes.
Beverly brings a strong educational background to her role, having attended Slippery Rock University and later earning her MBA in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining Abmech, she gained valuable experience working with private businesses, further strengthening her expertise in financial operations. Her knowledge, reliability, and commitment to excellence make Beverly an integral part of the Abmech team, helping ensure the company continues to operate smoothly and efficiently
